A. Shipping Costs:
Normal shipping: $6.95
For orders over $70, you will get a free shipping fee.
B. Transit,Handling & Order Cut-Off Time:
Generally, shipments are in transit for 7 – 12 days (Monday to Friday).
The order cut off time will be 05:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver).
Order handling time is 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Shipping Area:

Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. In case you detect your mistakes, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours to confirm the correct address via Contact Page from the placing time.
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (in this case, we just can support contacting the carrier for more information).
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing their order, provided they have an acceptable reason for doing so. Acceptable reasons include but are not limited to a mistake in the order, product unavailability, or a change in the shipping address.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind or personal preference.
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will review your request and process the cancellation if it meets the acceptable reasons stated above.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you discover that a shipment has been damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the shipment was delivered without your presence, please contact customer care to determine the following steps.
